New School Partnerships
When working with a new school, our first step is learning about its unique needs. We schedule a consultation to review current caseloads, understand staffing shortages, and learn immediate goals. New partners will also need to provide information about their existing service models, compliance requirements, and any pressing evaluation deadlines to help us tailor a staffing plan.
Initial Placement
During the initial placement, our providers focus on understanding caseloads, reviewing documentation, and building relationships with staff, students, and families. Administrators can expect clear timelines for evaluations and services, as well as transparent communication about progress. While every placement varies depending on school size and needs, our goal is to reduce disruption and create a smooth transition for students and staff. Within the first week, administrators typically receive direct feedback on how services are progressing.
